In 2006, founder Chris Caron launched Caron Heating & Cooling with nothing more than a single truck, a toolbox, and a commitment to doing HVAC differently. Fed up with a market where many customers were treated like numbers, Chris — joined by his wife Stacy — set out to build a business grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
From scheduling appointments and managing logistics to personally completing service calls, they did it all. All while raising their two children, Alexsa and Cameron, at home — balancing family life with the demands of growing a business.
